How to get started:


First we evaluate, to determine the best plan of action based on the needs of the athlete. This is done by appointment to ensure the optimal program for each individual athlete.


After the evaluation the proper program is chosen for the athlete either in a private, semi-private, or group training setting. The program will address the needs of the athlete based on the evaluation, the physical demands for their given sport, and the areas needed to improve to reach continued athletic success. 


Ongoing evaluation will occur to ensure continued success and areas of improvement. Modifications based on injury history, time of season, and individual feedback are taken into account.
