Nate Blazevich - President, Owner, & Founder

Nate Blazevich is the President, Owner, and Founder of Blaze Sports Performance, where he brings a wealth of experience and a deep passion for optimizing performance to help individuals reach their fitness goals. Nate holds a Master of Science in Health and Physical Activity from The University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Thiel College. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
 

Nate’s career began as a Strength & Conditioning intern at The University of Pittsburgh, where he worked closely with the Men’s and Women’s Basketball teams under the guidance of Tim Beltz. He later became a Strength & Conditioning Coach at Pitt, where he worked with a diverse range of teams including Baseball, Softball, Wrestling, Track & Field, Men’s Soccer, Swimming & Diving, Cross Country, Tennis, Volleyball, and Women’s Soccer.
 

As the former Performance Director at the Parisi Speed School at Galaxy Fitness in Irwin, PA, Nate doubled the facility’s revenue and trained the first NFL Combine athlete in the school’s history. He also helped more than 100 collegiate athletes achieve their performance goals. His experience spans multiple levels, including collegiate, high school, and youth athletics, as well as work with local high schools, travel teams, and recreational organizations.


While Nate has extensive experience working with athletes, his services at Blaze Sports Performance aren’t just limited to athletes. He is dedicated to helping anyone, whether a beginner or an experienced fitness enthusiast, achieve their personal fitness goals. With personalized training programs tailored to each individual, Nate is committed to helping clients push their limits and reach their full potential, no matter their background or fitness level.
