College Ready Program

For graduated high school seniors going on to play sports at the next level:

Your training starts in June-August over the summer to prepare for upcoming season/college

Small Group Sessions = 4-5 athletes

$100 a month for 3 day a week training

Includes: 2 strength training sessions, 1 speed and agility. Can be in a group of athletes from a school all going to play a sport. Example: 4 graduated seniors going on to play college football at different universities.

The College Ready Program will bridge the gap of athletes who graduated and received a scholarship and now need to prepare for the next level. This program also will be available to college athletes home from school/on break from college in order to further prepare them for their upcoming season.
