What to Expect

Small Group Training

The program is conducted in small groups of 4-5 athletes, ensuring you receive personalized attention while benefiting from the motivation and camaraderie of training with other athletes who share similar goals and aspirations. Comprehensive Training Plan

  • Strength Training (2 Sessions): These sessions are centered around building foundational strength, muscle endurance, and power to ensure you’re ready for the demands of college-level training and competition.
