At Blaze Sports Performance, we believe in building a strong foundation for young athletes that sets them up for long-term success—both on and off the field. Our Youth Training classes are specifically designed to enhance coordination, movement mechanics, and overall athleticism in a supportive, energetic, and fun environment.
Each one-hour session is thoughtfully structured to maximize both learning and performance. Athletes begin with a dynamic warm-up to properly activate their muscles and prepare their bodies for movement. From there, we transition into targeted drills that focus on core athletic components such as:
