Speed Classes

Small group

Speed classes focus on improving linear speed, agility, change of direction, plyometrics, reaction, and injury prevention. Each class is one hour in length. Each session is composed of a dynamic warm-up, focus of the day such as linear speed, change of direction, plyometrics, etc focusing on movement patterns, techniques, comprehension, and execution. The goal is to make the sessions educational, competitive, and fun.

AGES 9yrs - 12yrs: $80 a month
AGES 12yrs - 15yrs: $100 a month

$15 drop in 

*Ages 9-12 classes postponed for the summer
